Emilly Moore hit three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, accounting for nine of the Thunder’s 11 points in the period to hold off Battle Ground.

Moore finished with 6 3-pointers in the game for a game-high 20 points.

“A couple of small plays made the difference for them,” Battle Ground coach Lisa May said. “But those 3-pointers were huge.”

The Tigers forced 18 turnovers from the Thunder while committing only nine themselves.

“We just didn’t capitalize on that, and they controlled the boards,” May said.

Morgan Stradley led Battle Ground with 12 points and Kylie Smith added 10.
