The Vancouver Clinic is offering a workshop on principles for losing weight and becoming healthier.
Dietitians will work with attendees to create a nutritional plan that meets their needs.
The Reach workshop is 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 13 at The Vancouver Clinic’s 87th Avenue building, 700 N.E. 87th Ave. The workshop cost is $25.
