Two Vancouver men made first court appearances Monday after they were accused of first-degree rape of a woman.

McKay Thomas Owsley, 21, and Wil-Anthony Maurice Noble, 19, are accused of assaulting the woman after all three had been drinking vodka and smoking marijuana at an apartment complex in the VanMall neighborhood on Friday night.

The 18-year-old victim told police that she remembers becoming incapacitated, and then has sporadic memories of the rest of the evening, including being sexually assaulted. A medical exam yielded evidence that she had been assaulted, according to court records.

Judge Gregory Gonzales ordered $100,000 bail for Noble and $50,000 bail for Owsley, and set Feb. 8 arraignment dates.
