SEATTLE — Supporters of Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders can still cast a vote in Washington state for their nominee if they can’t attend the state’s caucuses March 26.

Anyone who can’t attend the caucuses because of religious observance, military service, disability, illness or work schedule can vote by filling out a surrogate affidavit form online.

Those wanting to fill out the form or participate in the caucuses must be 18 years old by Election Day, Nov. 8, and consider themselves Democrats.

Forms are due by Friday, March 18. The form can be found at www.wa-democrats.org.
