Share your April Fools’ tales of woe and ‘D’oh’!

Remember when you fell flat on your face? Remember the arc of events that went from good to bad to “oh crud”?

Can you ever forget that sinking, sticky feeling as the egg hit your face with a crack?

April Fools’ Day is on its way, and we thought our readers might enjoy embarrassing themselves. Feel like sharing a time when you played the fool? When something that started out so right wound up going so very wrong?

We’d thought we’d follow Magenta Theater’s lead and round up some reader tales of red-facedness for an April Fools’ feature — which will run on Sunday, April 3. (Pretty foolish, huh?)

We’ve all been there. Some of us can look back and laugh. Maybe that’s you?

Send your true tales of woe and “Do’h!” to Scott Hewitt at scott.hewitt@columbian.com. No later than end of day March 27, please.
