The Community Health Plan of Washington is hosting a ribbon-cutting and open house Friday for its new Southwest regional office.
The not-for-profit health care service is inviting community members and neighbors for food, festivities, and a tour of its new facility, at 120 N.E. 136th Ave., Suite 270, in Vancouver. The event begins at 11:30 a.m.
