SPOKANE — A former assistant principal at Ferris High School in Spokane has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for child molestation.
Todd Bender pleaded guilty on April 7 to two counts of molestation. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors did not charge Bender for allegedly molesting the boy in another county.
A Spokane County Superior Court judge sentenced Bender on Friday. He’ll have to register as a sex offender and be under correctional supervision for three years after his release from prison.
