The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce has added four new leaders to its 2016-17 board of directors.

• Recently named Clark County’s First Citizen, Bob Knight has been president of Clark College since 2007. Under his leadership, Clark is now recognized as the second largest community college in Washington state.

• LeAnne M. Bremer is the partner-in-charge at Miller, Nash, Graham & Dunn LLP with a focused practice in land-use law, real estate, and government affairs.

• Founder and director of digital strategy for Webfor, Kevin Getch is also president of the board of directors for SEMpdx, a nonprofit organization focused on education regarding the digital marketing community.

• Jim West, a sales and leasing officer at Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializes in working with entrepreneurs and small business owners. He hosts Commercial Real Estate 101 workshops and supports a wide variety of local causes and charitable organizations.

Banner Bank has hired Charles Doepken as assistant vice president and branch manager of its Vancouver branch. Doepken has more than 12 years of banking experience and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

Jacquie Morales has joined Management Recruiters of Vancouver, LLC, as an executive recruiter. Morales has worked in the banking and finance industry for more than 15 years and serves on several boards including the East Vancouver Business Association.

The Hough Foundation announced the addition of Keith Richards to its board of directors. Richards is chief executive of Corwin Beverage Company of Ridgefield.

Andrea Smith has been hired as marketing and communications manager for the Southwest Washington Contractors Association. Smith has held internships with both the Washington State Legislature and the city of Vancouver.

Stephen Fisher has been appointed senior vice president and chief technology officer for Electric Lightwave of Vancouver, a regional fiber-based network services provider. Fisher has been with the firm for 16 years, and has more than 20 years of telecom operations and engineering experience.

Banner Bank has hired Sandy Borchers as a residential loan officer. She has 27 years of experience in the lending profession including 12 years of mortgage lending in the Vancouver area.
