Alishia Topper is running for state representative in the 49th Legislative District. She is currently a member of the Vancouver City Council. She works for Vancouver Public Schools as director for strategic partnerships. This position brings resources and support to students who are impacted by poverty. She believes that every child deserves a quality education.
