A proposed business park at 203 East Reserve St. is slated for review with the city of Vancouver.

Vancouver-based developers Delta Management Co. has applied to develop a 5.03-acre lot into Delta Plaza, the potential home to 10 single-story businesses and a combination gas station and car wash.

Application documents filed with the city show the developers hope to build 51,085 square feet of commercial business space and list Sadri Asghar, a trustee, as the property owner.

The developers bought the lot for $796,000 in April 2015.

The city’s development offices will hold a meeting on the proposal at 9 a.m. Oct. 20 at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St., in the Alder Conference Room.
