PORTLAND — Authorities are searching for a coastal Oregon woman who has not been heard from since Sunday.

Oregon State Police Sgt. Kyle Hove says 60-year-old Lynette Propst of Lincoln City was reported missing Tuesday night.

He says Lincoln County sheriff’s deputies found her 2002 Nissan Pathfinder parked in Rocky Creek State Park. A note in the window said the vehicle had broken down and she would return for it soon.

The sheriff’s office, Depoe Bay Fire and Rescue and U.S. Coast Guard are conducting the search.

Propst is 5-foot-5, 113 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.
