• City of Vancouver Police Department is now recruiting for Neighbors On Watch volunteers. NOW volunteers patrol by bike, foot, and vehicle and report suspicious or criminal activity.

• City of Vancouver Parks and Recreation 50 and Better Program seeks front-desk volunteers at the Firstenburg Center to provide information about senior programs and services, and help with filing, typing and copying.

• City of Vancouver is looking for volunteer trip planners to plan and lead two to three trips per month. Volunteers must be 50 or older.

Free Clinic of Southwest Washington is looking for Spanish-speaking volunteers to help translate during urgent care, vision and immunization clinic hours.

The 25th-annual Letter Carriers’ “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive seeks volunteers to help letter carriers collect bags of food donations on May 13. Volunteers with pickups, vans or SUVs are especially needed. Teens and others needing to fulfill community service hours are welcome.
