Vancouver USA Singers seek applicants to join the 90-member community choir for its upcoming season of performances, featuring four concerts that will include Brahms’ “Requiem” and “The Music Man.” Auditions will consist of a short song, reading music is required. Friends of Vancouver Community Library seek artists to participate in its Art4Art fundraiser. Each artist will be given an 8 inch by 8 inch wood panel on which to create art. Completed panels are donated back to the library to be sold at the fundraiser. Deadline for returning the panels is Nov. 15.
