Panel to explore views on death, dying

PeaceHealth Southwest Hope Bereavement Services and the Clark College School of Nursing are sponsoring a discussion on different views of death.

The free event is 6:30 to 8 p.m. April 26 at Clark College’s Gaiser Hall, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way.

The Faith and Cultural Panel will explore how differing cultures view death and dying. Panelists include Rabbi Elizabeth Dunsker of Congregation Kol Ami, Khalid Khan of the Islamic Society of Southwest Washington, Rev. Adrian Bucur of Journey Community Church and Rev. Yuki Sugahara of Oregon Buddhist Temple.

After the panel discussion, audience members will have an opportunity to ask questions.
