WSUV hosts community conversation on opioids

Washington State University Vancouver is hosting a community conversation about the opioid crisis.

The Initiative for Public Deliberation at WSU Vancouver is sponsoring the event, at 6 p.m. Feb. 27. The small-group conversations will take place at three locations in Vancouver:

• WSU Vancouver Firstenburg Student Commons, 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave.

• Vancouver City Hall Aspen Room, 415 W. Sixth St.

• YWCA Clark County Community Room, 3609 Main St.

The conversations will look at the causes and effects of opioid abuse in Southwest Washington.
