The Vancouver Police Department, with assistance from the Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency and Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board, made two arrests during an increased DUI enforcement effort Friday.
Police contacted 18 people, issued three citations and gave seven warnings, according to a press release from the department.
Increased DUI enforcement efforts are funded through a grant from the Washington Traffic Safety Commission.
