Letter: Vote to restore sanity

This upcoming election is the most important one in my 40 years of voting. The current ruling party has capitulated to the White House reality show while unapologetically serving only the corporate and wealthy elite. Instead of solving problems, they are creating more, at the expense of our country’s future. New leadership is needed and sanity must be restored. So if you want a healthy and prosperous future with ideas and solutions to our 21st century challenges, if you want a representative who is intelligent, compassionate and practical, who invests time in listening to voters, then vote for Carolyn Long.
