McDonald’s franchises in the Vancouver-Portland metro area expect to fill about 2,500 job openings this summer, the corporation announced this week.
Jobs can run the gamut from cashiers to cooks to management. McDonald’s has about 183 franchises in Oregon and Southwest Washington, with about 35 owner-operators. Representatives said the companies are hiring year-round and do not expect these jobs to be seasonal.
