Evergreen Public Schools announced schedule changes addressing school days missed during this summer’s teachers strike.
Students will be in school Nov. 19, 20 and 21, as well as Jan. 2, 3 and 4, 2019. A semester break day, Jan. 28, 2019, and snow make-up day, March 18, 2019, were also converted to school days.
That means school will still end June 13 as planned, according to the district announcement.
Teachers in Evergreen Public Schools were on strike for eight days as the Evergreen Education Association and district bargained over salary increases.
