Watched all of about 5 mins of the Ayn Rand clip, the woman gave me the creeps.

Those vacant eyes, ever shifting, looking downward to the left, never really connecting with Wallace's, (shutter) too much vodka in the wee hours of the night, lying, or just plain deep end of insanity.

Next we will be told not to even look at another person, it might be offensive.

Some clothing and color is offensive. When will they require all to wear the same color and style like uniform?

Mean while some of our troops (Patty Murray where is your support for the troops now?) that are deployed are going without a meal/or hot meals, we the people can't get to the WH, well you can IF you are the privileged hollywood elite..

Feds give laid-off Boeing workers a big helping hand
Local Boeing workers who’ve lost their jobs will receive substantial additional federal unemployment benefits after two unions at the company sought aid under a program for employees laid off due to outsourcing and foreign trade.

The Labor Department ruling also means that if laid-off Boeing workers need to travel, say to California, for a job interview, the government will reimburse 90 percent of the costs.

If they relocate for a new job, the government will pay 90 percent of their moving expenses and provide an additional lump-sum relocation allowance of up to $1,250.

While unemployed, they’ll also get a tax credit for nearly three-quarters of their health-care premiums. And they’re eligible for a grant of up to $25,000 toward the cost of a degree.

And for those workers over 50, if they have to take a lower-paid job after leaving Boeing, the government will provide up to $10,000 over two years in supplementary pay to make up some of the difference.

Saw the protesters..lol what a joke!

If they'd used more than 1% of their brain cells they wouldn't have been there.

It took fossil fuel to make/surface the streets and freeways, to drive/bus to get there. I doubt they walked.
It also took fossil fuel to drive, launch the boats into the water, and to run the boats to the bridge. The very banners they used was made with fossil fuel.

If they want to stop the use of fossil fuel, then they need to give up clothes, food, their abodes, toys, list goes on and on..

Not a bad idea! What better way to get Portland to spend their money over here. Beef up the south end of downtown with restaurants, art studios, specialized shops..

More business for the Hilton maybe more hotel/motels along with a casino.
Jobs are what we all want to see come to town don't we?

No hc I won't give it up. You sir can give it up, it's been abundantly clear for sometime you don't live in Vancouver.
1. How much money has been placed in your back-pocket to promote CRC, Water-front project just to mention a couple?
2. or are you one of those "old monies" that timerick has spoken of often?

If you don't live, pay property tax, or own a business here you have no voice. Go away little man, your cheap Portland ho tactics don't flow with this homie.

"Vantucky" is no where like "Kentucky"
"Clarkistan" where in the world do you get that?

No rolling green hills, no horse farms, no miles upon miles of sand..

If one is so unhappy with Vancouver, why do you live here, better yet why did you move here? Didn't you bother to check Vancouver out before moving here?

Small town = no concrete jungle.
