Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn provided an update Tuesday, at agency’s headquarters in Vancouver, on an incident involving a 45-year-old Yacolt woman who jumped out of a Clark County sheriff’s deputy’s vehicle as it traveled southbound on Interstate 5 near Ridgefield. The woman, Sara Gottwig-Carr, is in critical condition at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.
