GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) — Police in Gresham say they have arrested one of two suspects in the death of a 21-year-old Portland man.

Police on Sunday night arrested 27-year-old Shalia Marie Rickerd of Portland. She was charged with aggravated murder in the death of 21-year-old Kawela Jacob “Jake” Kaluna, who was found dead March 31 behind the wheel of a sedan in Gresham.

Rickerd was spotted leaving a Portland home. Police say they served a search warrant at the home but did not fine a second suspect, 41-year-old Reuben James Webb.

Police say Webb may have fled the state. He’s considered armed and extremely dangerous.

He’s described as white, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 170 pounds, with a shaved head, long sideburns, glasses and both arms covered in tattoos.
