EDGEWOOD, Wash. (AP) — Fire officials say a two-alarm blaze Tuesday evening heavily damaged six units of a 16-unit building at the Overlook Terrace Apartments in Edgewood in Pierce County.

Investigators say a firewall prevented flames from spreading to the rest of the building.

No fire-related injuries were reported.

The Red Cross says it is aiding 14 people displaced by the fire.

Multiple fire departments responded. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
