MILL CREEK, Wash. (AP) — Pot with that latte? A Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force undercover detective says he has twice purchased marijuana from a Mill Creek espresso stand.

The Herald of Everett says the primary suspect is a 46-year-old woman. She has not been arrested or charged.

In a search warrant affidavit, the detective says he purchased marijuana from both the woman and her son’s girlfriend.

The investigation began within the past month when a confidential informant told detectives that the woman was selling more than coffee.

Court papers show police last Friday seized suspected marijuana, drug scales, cash, bongs, pipes and other drug paraphernalia.
