GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) — Police have arrested a Gresham man and his live-in girlfriend in the death of his 5-year-old daughter.
Gresham police Sgt. Rick Wilson said Guadalupe Quintero was arrested Friday afternoon and Christopher Rosillo was arrested Friday evening, both for investigation of murder.
The victim, Oleander Labier, was found unconscious Tuesday morning and pronounced dead on arrival at a Portland hospital.
Wilson says an autopsy determined the girl died from homicidal violence.
Two other children living in the home have been placed into protective custody. Wilson says Quintero is the mother of those two, but not Labier.
