CLEVELAND (AP) — Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah says Boston’s Kevin Garnett is “a dirty player” and is constantly throwing elbows.

Asked about Garnett hitting Miami forward Quentin Richardson in the face with an elbow in Game 1 of the Celtics-Heat on Saturday night, Noah came down hard on Boston’s star.

Noah said Garnett is “always swinging elbows.” He also said he’s hurting because of an elbow he took recently from the Celtics’ star.

Noah made his comments after the Bulls practice in preparation for Monday’s Game 2 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Garnett got two technicals and was ejected late in the fourth quarter of Boston’s 85-76 win. He faces a likely suspension from the NBA.
