BEND, Ore. (AP) — Bend Police officers were pretty sure the intoxicated man covered in broken glass was the suspect who broke through a window at a liquor store and fled with some liquor.

Officers who responded to the alarm early Thursday tracked the suspect to an area near the store, and store surveillance video confirmed the identification.

He’s jailed on burglary and theft charges.
