Police: Suicide bomber kills 4 in NW Pakistan

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — Police say a suicide car bomber has killed four police officers near northwest Pakistan’s main city of Peshawar.

Senior police official Liaquat Ali Khan says the attacker rammed his vehicle into an armored police vehicle at a checkpoint on the outskirts of the city Wednesday morning.

The blast also wounded at least 11 people, including four civilians.
