Sea Mar to offer free women’s health exams

Sea Mar Community Health Center will offer free preventive health exams May 10 for women who are uninsured, underinsured or who have limited incomes.

As part of National Women’s Health Week (May 9-15), Sea Mar staff members will offer free pelvic and breast exams. Laboratory Corporation of America will process the lab work free for those who qualify The number of exams is limited.

Women must preregister in advance and in person from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sea Mar’s Clark County Medical Clinic, 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Building 17, Suite B307, in the Center for Community Health on the Vancouver’s Veterans Affairs campus.

Exams will be done from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 10 at the Sea Mar clinic. Appointments cannot be rescheduled.
