PASCO, Wash. (AP) — The third murder trial of a man accused killing five people in Pasco may be moved out of the city.

The Tri-City Herald reports the Franklin County Superior Court judge agreed Tuesday with a defense request to delay the trial for new arrangements. That could mean moving the trial to another city or busing in jurors from another county.

Forty-five-year-old Vicente Ruiz is charged with aggravated murder in the 1987 shooting at a Pasco auto body shop. His first two trials ended in mistrials.
