TALLINN, Estonia (AP) — Justin Gatlin says he is capable of running under 10 seconds again yet admits he is far behind top sprinters Usain Bolt, Tyson Gay and Asafa Powell.

The former Olympic 100-meter champion is coming back from a four-year doping ban. He told The Associated Press on Friday that the trio is “flying high like an airplane” and he looks to “get right there with them.”

Gatlin is preparing to compete at a small meet in the Estonian capital of Tallinn on Sunday in his second race after returning from the doping ban.

The 28-year-old American said he aims to beat the time of 10.24 seconds he clocked Tuesday at a meet in Rakvere, Estonia.
