Kurt and Jimmie: Part IV?

WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (AP) — Kurt Busch and Jimmie Johnson say they’ve put last week’s wreck at Pocono behind them.

Johnson caused a stunning late-race crash that collected Elliott Sadler, Clint Bowyer and Busch. Replays showed Johnson’s No. 48 appearing to hit Busch’s blue No. 2 Dodge from behind.

Johnson, who has had several run-ins with Busch, calls it a good rivalry. He says he called Busch on Monday to clear the air and hopes they can steer clear of one another in Sunday’s Sprint Cup road race at Watkins Glen.

Busch, a solid sixth in the standings with two wins, says his team is struggling with getting the damaged cars turned around quickly enough and has been hearing it from his crew.
