MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — A second man has been charged in connection with a July 30 shooting outside a Medford restaurant.

The Mail Tribune newspaper reports that 21-year-old Julius Anthony Branner was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with two counts each of attempted murder, attempted first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Medford police linked Branner to an argument that erupted in gunfire outside the restaurant. No one was injured.
