LIBERTY BIBLE CHURCH: The Senior Adult Group at Liberty Bible Church, 12401 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave., is sponsoring several free, fun and informative activities for seniors ages 50 and older. Schedule: play table games, 10 a.m.; community-wide health fair, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 19; and seniors will be recognized and honored, 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 22. All activities are at the church. * Anyone wanting to participate as a vendor at the health fair should contact Fred Humber, 360-989-6346 or 360-574-9302.

ZION CHURCH: The church will celebrate its 35th anniversary at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at 3605 E. 13th St. The event theme is “Possessing the Promise of God.” The guest speaker will be the Rev. Clifford O.
