BEIJING (AP) — Chinese state television says 47 people have been rescued after a plane with 91 people on board crashed Tuesday at an airport in northeast China’s Heilongjiang province.

A China Central Television reporter at the scene did not say what happened to the others on the Henan Airlines plane. The official Xinhua News Agency said the plane overshot the runway in Yichun city and burst into flames. Xinhua said more than 20 people had been hospitalized.

The plane had taken off from Heilongjiang’s capital of Harbin shortly before 9 p.m. (1300 GMT) and crashed a little more than an hour later.
