PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Kyron Horman’s mother has repeated her belief that the boy’s stepmother is responsible for his disappearance.

Reading from a statement at a news conference Friday, Desiree Young warned Terri Horman that she will go to jail if she doesn’t tell investigators everything she knows.

Terri Horman is the last adult known to have seen the Portland boy after she took him to school on June 4, the day Kyron vanished.

Authorities say Terri Horman is not a suspect, but have distributed fliers asking the public for any information about her whereabouts that morning.

Kyron turns 8 in a couple of weeks and his parents say they still believe he is alive.

Terri Horman’s lawyer did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.
