ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — The Anaheim Ducks have recalled left wing Matt Beleskey from their AHL affiliate in Syracuse.

Beleskey will fill in Friday night for Aaron Voros, who has been in bed for three days with a severe case of the flu.

Beleskey has two points in 10 games with Anaheim this season. He missed six games after incurring a concussion during a game against Dallas on Oct. 26, and he was sent to the Ducks’ AHL affiliate in Syracuse after returning last month.

The Ducks put Voros on injured reserve with his illness.

Anaheim has won three straight games heading into Friday night’s visit from the Detroit Red Wings.
