Watkins scores 23 points, Utah beats Bradley 68-60

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — Josh Watkins scored 23 points and Utah beat Bradley 68-60 Saturday.

The Runnin’ Utes (5-2) entered the second half leading Bradley (4-4) 31-23 and continued to keep an edge over the Braves for the rest of the game.

Will Clyburn had 19 points and 14 rebounds, and Jay Watkins added 11 points and four rebounds for the Utes. Shawn Glover contributed nine points and six rebounds.

Andrew Warren led the Braves with 27 points, his fourth straight game with at least 22. Warren also matched his career high with 10 rebounds for his second career double-double.

Warren finished with four steals and went 10 of 10 from the free-throw line. Dodie Dunson scored 14 points and Walt Lemon Jr., 12 points and pulled down five rebounds.

Utah was 40.8 percent from the field while Bradley finished 32.8 percent.
