SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane fire officials say one person has died in a motorhome fire.

Battalion Chief Bill Donahoe says the motor home was engulfed in flames when firefighters responded before midnight Saturday. He says the victim wasn’t able to escape the fast, hot moving blaze.

KXLY-TV reports the Spokane Fire Department’s special investigation unit is looking into the fire’s cause.
