CHICAGO (AP) — Forward Taj Gibson was inactive for Chicago’s game against Philadelphia on Tuesday, apparently still suffering from the effects of a concussion sustained last Saturday.

Gibson, hurt in a 100-99 home loss to the Clippers, is the second Chicago big man lost in the past week and how long he might be inactive is unknown. Forward Joakim Noah underwent surgery on his right thumb last Thursday and will miss eight to 10 weeks.

Gibson was averaging 9.3 points and 6.2 rebounds in 24 appearances, including 15 starts.
