OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — When a deputy pulled over a Tumwater burglary suspect, the driver had a gun, four pit bulls and a bag of women’s underwear in his car.
Court papers say 59-year-old Royce Lynn Baxter of Long Beach is infatuated with a women he worked with 10 years ago.
Baxter was charged Monday in Thurston County Superior Court with burglary and stalking. He was jailed on $50,000 bail with arraignment set for Jan. 4.
The Olympian reports Baxter had been friends with the woman and her husband until seven years ago when they obtained an anti-harassment order. They moved and didn’t tell Baxter their new address in Tumwater.
