ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — The New England Patriots are without four key starters for their game with the Buffalo Bills.

Tight end Aaron Hernandez (hip), guard Dan Connolly (concussion), outside linebacker Jermaine Cunningham (calf), and defensive lineman Brandon Deaderick (shoulder) are out. Also inactive is defensive lineman Mike Wright (concussion), who leads the team with 5 1/2 sacks.

Buffalo center Geoff Hangartner will miss his third straight game because of a knee injury.

The Patriots clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win over the Bills.
