EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Kevin Parrom scored a career-high 20 points and Arizona easily defeated Oregon 76-57 Thursday night in the Pac-10 opener for both schools.

Parrom, a sophomore guard from the Bronx, came off the bench to make 8 of 9 field goals, 4 of 5 from 3-point range, to lead the Wildcats (12-2). He also tied for the team lead with eight rebounds in 21 minutes.

Arizona shot 56 percent from the field.
