Heavy rains forecast for Olympics and Cascades

SEATTLE (AP) — The National Weather Service forecasts heavy rain through Friday on the southwest slopes of the Olympics and North Cascades.

Forecasters have issued a flood watch for rivers in Mason, Grays Harbor, Clallam, Jefferson, Skagit, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties.
