A Minnehaha man was reportedly arrested Friday after leading state troopers on a high-speed chase in Northern California.

Harlan Butler, 41, was allegedly driving a stolen Oregon vehicle through Tehama County at up to 105 mph before finally being caught, according to the Daily News of Red Bluff, Calif.

Butler was apprehended in Red Bluff by California Highway Patrol officers after a 20-minute car chase that included driving on the wrong side of the road and a brief attempt to flee on foot, the paper said.

He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on Friday on suspicion of stealing a vehicle, possessing stolen property, possessing marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, obstructing a police officer, recklessly evading a police officer and possessing burglary tools, according to the jail’s Web site.

A police report was unavailable Saturday.
