ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Nelson Cruz of the Texas Rangers had a three-run homer wiped out after a replay review in the seventh inning of Monday night’s game against Cleveland.

Cruz’s drive down the right-field line clearly sailed to the right of the foul pole. He circled the bases as the fans celebrated, but the umpiring crew checked a replay, which showed that the ball was foul.

Replay was used for the first time this season at Rangers Ballpark. It was used three times at the stadium last year.
