Improvements to the city’s Marine Park were finished this week, and include a trail from the edge of the Christensen Shipyard sidewalk to the Kasier Tower. Also, the boat launch parking lot and ramp were repaved and restriped, according to a press release.
The 26-acre park has play equipment, picnic shelters and restrooms. It is located at Columbia Way and Southeast Marine Park Way, along the Waterfront River Renaissance Trail.
