PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police identified the victim in a fatal crash north of Pendleton as 67-year-old Floyd Farley of Dayton, Wash.

Trooper Trampas McCrae says the preliminary investigation shows a medical emergency may have caused Farley to drift off Highway 11 Sunday afternoon.

McCrae says Farley’s car had only minor damage after traveling through a field and hitting a corral.
