ALBANY, Ore. (AP) — An Oregon woman has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in the death of a Linn County man three years ago.

Lorraine Sarich was charged with killing William Mills in order to conceal the commission of identity theft, theft by deception and perjury.

A deer hunter discovered Mills’ body on Oct. 13, 2007, in a forested area south of Lyons.

Relatives of Mills wore Superman T-shirts during Tuesday’s hearing in Albany. A sister says her brother was a fan.

Linn court officials are looking for an out-of-county judge to preside over the upcoming trial because Sarich is the daughter of a local judge.
