Spokane teen stabs cousin over TV volume

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police say a 13-year-old stabbed his 17-year-old cousin with scissors during a fight over the volume of a television set.

Police say the 17-year-old is recovering from stab wounds to his chest and shoulder.

The 13-year-old fled after the Wednesday night stabbing but was later arrested at another home. He was booked into the Spokane County Juvenile Detention Center for investigation of assault.
